The accommodation provided essentials for our trip, we loved staff and location. Hotel was clean. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Prince of India that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

Staff were perfect, wi-fi was good, and I loved its brilliant location short walk to Windermere and the lake. Food for breakfast was excellent, fresh fruit and cereals. Service was excellent in the adults only hotel.
Shame the bathroom was very tiny.

We liked this place, everything was first class. Incredibly very pleasant staff. Double room was cosy with comfy beds. Breakfast was savoury with a good choice of options. Marvellous service offered too.

Convenient base for exploring Windermere. The room was huge, enjoyed the service, it was outstanding! Lots of options for breakfast including coffee and tea. Very clean unit.

The decor here was comfortable. Located 600 metres from the hotel, the brookside pub was a good choice to eat: )
